During this one-hour class, Jessie will guide you through a playful “camp kinder” style practice. Together, you will roll, shake, and practice free movement and self-compassion by meeting yourself where you are. There will be plenty of movement invitations throughout the asana for those who are craving that campfire heat (tapas)! This is a class for all levels, so bring your camp swag and see you on your mats!
Props are not mandatory, but a mat, blocks and a strap are always more than welcome (so are books, water bottles and anything you can find).
